massive chm defeat, page-14

I have to say I have no opinion about the court case..I am a long term holder of MMX.

Firstly, yesterday was one of the funniest things I have seen for a long time and it was great pushing some buttons, a bit like teasing my dog with an old smelly sock.

What interests me (alluded to in a comment I made yesterday) and it genuinely does, so only sensible answers please, is this.

If CHM won some money, what would it become..it seems to have no interests in mining at the moment.

So beyond the short term arguments, do people think this company has a serious future and what do they think it might look like if they do???
