"all annouced and queried by asx" ....Not! a little matter of what percent the funder gets is more than a little material to the value of this stock and asx has never queried (even though they shouldn't have to because chm is supposed to tell you). Even the other day when they announced they had won a reduced claim on the outstanding legals they didn't say how much they have to pay. chm disclosure is a joke. huge win doods at point six of one cent per share....Not! And that is without the oppies coming into play. if you did win the big one, all those oppies would be exercised and blow the 1.2 billion already on issue through the roof. and who owns most of the oppies? the directors and thier buddies.
