Do you want me to dig up how many "laughed out of court" and benny jibes you have thrown.

CHM have just secured their financial future, ability to fight major case with or without funder.

This was a case that MMX didnt even wish to talk about or disclose and yet have settled. You didnt even understand there was two cases.

Could they have done better in court ?? maybe but they have a result.

You displayed your ignorance when you stated that a company cannot be responsible for the activities of the previous directors. Sorry wrong wrong wrong.

Doesnt it make you nervous that MMX states that this relates to actions of previous management. This is also exactly what the major case is about.

Lets not ignore that MMX have stated that they beleived they had no case and yet settled. Talk about making misleading statements to the market.

As much as you want to bag the CHM team they seem to have done a great job of keeping both the company and claims alive in what has been some amazing times so I think they have done a great job.

Cransy you have become like the mad footy supporter who no matter what the score is are so one eyed you cannot see the truth.

I still believe that MMX will be a great company they just need to deal with their past which for them will raise its head in september unless we see another settlement.
