Hey Bob...

Any movement at these low sp levels always looks big (up or down) percentage wise; fact of life.

My reckoning is that given what has happened with the lease historically and, the money it has been responsible for with the on-selling (to some pretty smart people), it is worth going the extra yard, or whatever it takes, to get the result.

Do not be sucked into thinking this will go away as there really is (IMO), no downside and a bloody truckload of ups.
