19 June 2009 - Announcement of Estimated Dividend/Distribution
24 June 2009 - Ex-Dividend/Distribution Date
30 June 2009 - Record Date for Dividend/Distribution
As per usual, I would assume that the dividend/distribution won't be 100% cast-iron-confirmed until the day it is paid, per standard practice for AREITs.
Note, however, that Stockland has for some time now indicated that the second half will be 17c per security, most recently reiterated on 15 May when they announced the equity raising... refer to their ASX announcements and documentation at that time.
