AGO would seem a better option at the moment but a bucket load of cash from China might help D&C pull there heads in.
Chinese like control & SRK & Peru don't seem to offer a lot of it.
We need to settle D&C to be more appealing then the chinese can worry about shipping over there own men to Peru or usuing the local slave labour.
