Hi Graymatter,

I'm neutral on the outcome, some murkey pea soup still to be put on the table in my opinion.

However, I would be more interested in the plan for the money should CHM have a "windfall gain" (their words),
be careful guys......there are some people you can trust some of the time and there are others you can never trust at any time.

I would bet an offer has been made and has been rejected and I see this as a safety net for CHM to fall back on while they play russian roulette, with all avenues of appeal available.

What's that in the background?.... do I hear rain?......or is it just the noise of salivating lawyers?
