    Now chief oil would throw a cat amongst the the pigeons. this is the month when we will get a JV announced. what else can happen. not enough cash andmerrity doesnt seem capable of alternatives. just wish he'dd choose the candidate. incresed volume of late suggests something is in the works. no volume today whatsoever though is very dissappointing
