Selling QOL is just marginally better than MLM's offer excluding brokerage. However, MLM will need to either come back with a new offer now the terms of the rights issue are known or withdraw from the scene entirely.
Incidently KZL have sold out of MLM. Why? (Probably can do more with the cash than MLM can or do they know something that we don't?).
OUM's offer is puny and can be discarded.
At this stage I will take up my entitlement in the QOL rights issue as has been pointed out that it is a way to average down my per share cost for not a lot of dosh.
