yes! this is good for holders.. if the independant valuation shows it is worth as a mid-point $1.88 per share, then it means either AVO will have to significantly increase its offer, or that someone else will see the value and make a counter-offer.. or just that the market will re-rate DIO recognising its potential...
the target statement is worth looking at in detail.. you can download it through the ASX site
