Those watching KEY recently would have noticed some 'anomalous' behaviour with tine parcels pushing the price down. It might have been an attempt to accumulate by someone trading two accounts. (I thought it was illegal to sell stock to a related party?).
Nevertheless, a whole pile of shares recently came out of escrow, and there has been a bit of dumping. Possibly these were escrowed shares, possible the 'wrong kind' of investors were bought into the stock on the dip a few months back.
However as can be seen on the 6 month chart, all the recent volume was at 12c, so if no more dumping happens at that price, it could be ready for a move higher.
I expect someone to test 14c/15c soon to see how many sellers are still lurking.
