Just been through the past info. I dont think the directors can purchase the unmarketable parcels other than on the market, as they haven't sought the permission of the shareholders to do that.

Usually depending on the parcel size the shares are offered to one or more brokers. No buy back announced.

Good to see the price holding. Xtrades are sometimes just moving stock from one account to another account with the same benficially owner so maybe no need to jump at shadows.
