Not worth worrying about.
It is 400K total, not 800K - the sale is indirect, from a jointly owned company TM services, & in all likelihood is something pertaining to the company's finances rather than their (the Peter's) desire to sell. 400K is nothing compared with their total holdings.
If they knew something (negative) we don't, I doubt they would be holding some 60 Million GBP shares & 126 Million in TRP, the 50% JV partner. In rough numbers, they are holding A$30m worth between the two of them, resting largely on this well. $100K sale is nothing.
FWIW I think they may know something (positive) that we don't, having been party to detailed seismic, geochemical survey etc.
Still looks like a great opportunity to buy, and still no press coverage or much following on the forums, so who would know?
