i would speculate it has something to do with opening up new offices in a number of different countries simulataneously.

they seem to be hiring like mad at the moment and these people will need offices and info systems to be able to function. malaysia, china, vietnam and then possibly others in the UK and UAE down the track.

they seem to have a credible solution that is getting a very good reception from the various markets. youve got to invest in order to grow. thankfully, this will be contracted growth, not speculation on revenues.

we will know soon if this is real or hot air, but it looks real enough to me. lots of very good signs and remember, it is already profitable.
