He must have confidence, because the stock is so tight that most days you can't easily get out with any quantity (or get in.) Just 100,000 or so can even be a problem.
I had a small play in the stock and had to sell down to take a minor profit when I wanted to switch to a more liquid stock.
It's a spec that basically is not a trading stock. You cannot enter it with a stop loss and get out at that price due to lack of liquidity. That may not be everyone's cup of tea - particularly when there are market corrections.
