It certainly does look interesting at this stage IMO.

These guys are not stupid and know they need to grow their assets and have openly said since November 08 they are actively looking at prospects. They are also in a very good bargaining position right now with cash in the bank and no debt which is a huge plus. My only concern is if they are forced into a deal that does not benefit the shareholders, however they are in a reasonably strong position to negotiate, and they know that.
