Wu Gin, I agree with your strategy in regard that with shorting TIM and go long on TIMPB would give you the guaranteed return of at least 25% for now depending on when you implement this. I would say that the market has no idea that TIMPB has got better value than TIM.
Currently shorting 120k TIM, and long TIMPB.
