you're kidding right - how can that be a good outcome for shareholders unless they got in right at the bottom? The offer puts a value of $13m on the entire business. The offerer has invested $30m+ so he clearly 'thinks' it's worth more. At least two of the pfolio cos we're purchased for way more than that. It's a joke. would be worth more broken up, even in todays market.
