    WuGin shorts TIM against his unsecured TIPB shares (conversion 1:4 is planned in September 2009). Probably he read about ‘Leman Brothers’ collapse -yes; USA allows doing that kind of transactions but here he is required to have real TIM shares before shorting. This is not exactly short selling using CFD (shares are treated as collateral: Opes was an example).
