    scrip offer of 1 avoca share for ever 2.82 dioro shares - values dio at 53 cps at last closing price.

    A low ball bid but may have a chance given the efforts of DIO management in recent times.

    Shows that companies are out there sniffing around.....deals will be done..... but still we have no news on the sale of the Cooggee deposit.

    Remember DIO's JV partner at Frog's Leg is La Mancha, TSX listed......expect some interest from that quarter too perhaps?
