I feel for shareholders & despise the board & maccas but I am dead against Bolton winning the vote.... the only grounds to winding up bcs is that he doesnt want to coin up for the nxt instalments... doesnt give a hoot about the merits of the project & the fact serious dollars have already been spent. Deutsher Bank hasnt covered itself in glory either... they signed up to be an underwriter yet dont want to meet that obligation... no-one has covered themselves in glory in this whole sorry saga...
