Hi Folks,
Information Technology is the only sector which is above the 200 Day Moving Average.
Looking at the ratio charts of sectors to XAO, Information Technology is the only chart of sectors, where the ratio line, 13 Day MA, 65 Day MA, and 170 Day MA are in that order top to bottom.
IRE has formed a bull flag and broken up out of that.
It is now above the most recent fractal high at 5.87. A break above the recent high at 5.98 would be further confirmation.
It looks like a "buy" to me.
