barnsty, I haven't looked into ILF in detail, but I was put off many weeks back by some assets only being 68% leased and the gearing at 69%. But it has had a spectacular run despite my reticence to take part. As have many other stocks. I wish someone would ring a bell when the dumpers finish with a stock. lol.
