Spooky, the details are not hidden a tthe bottom of the investor page in the PDS at all. The very first paragraph of the Offer Summary which is the first page of the PDS, sets out the nature of the securities and the fact that instalments are payable 9 months and 18 months after the allotment of securities. Here is the paragraph for you:
"The Offer consists of approximately 408.67 million Stapled Units in the BrisConnections Unit Trusts at an Issue Price of $3.00 per Stapled Unit. Each Stapled Unit comprises one unit in BrisConnections Investment Trust and one unit in BrisConnections Holding Trust, stapled together to form a single Stapled Unit. The Issue Price is payable in three equal instalments:
An Initial Instalment of $1.00 per Stapled Unit which is payable with the application for Stapled Units;
– A Second Instalment of $1.00 per Stapled Unit which will be payable 9 months after Allotment Date; and – A Final Instalment of $1.00 per Stapled Unit which will be payable 18 months after Allotment Date."
I'd suggest Spooky in future when investing you should use a full service broker as the fact you claim something was hidden away when it is set out clearly in the first paragraph of the PDS, indicates your research skills are lacking.
