Hey Finch.

Am in the industry and find that it is pretty tough right now.
The smoking bans have hurt alot of hotels and you can forget about trying to sell a hotel as there are no buyers.
I often check in on this and HLG and am really worried as if these guys fall over, hotel values will plummet.
I think the amazing gaming days are over and that unless you have a owner/operator in place your overheads are a killer.
