David tweed offers les than market price to unsuspecting and often elderly people, Bolton is in effect helping people.
But i do not have a huge amount of sympathy for a lot of these people, you get what you pay for, if you do not understand the market and its complexities then pay a little more and deal with a full service broker (i do), if they got into trouble and were not aware of it using a FS broker then sue the broker( i am doubtful any broker would worth his/her salt would have overextended a client in BCSCA). The majority of these people purchased online "at the click of a mouse" they should have done some research even preliminary would have concluded that there were more payments made, look a little further and you release that they were legally obliged to.
After haveing my rant, i think products like this should be traded on the warrants market anyway,
