Brisbane Toll Road Link has also emerged as a substantial shareholder and is claiming the teh some of the shares Macquarie bought need to be handed back to the holders as Brisbane Toll Road Link has an agreement wih these holders for an off market transfer.
Then there is ASIC getting involved & IMF seekibg to exclude Macquarie from the wind up vote
