The resource at Barbara is just the start I believe and they are planning to drill neighbouring tenements - again in a JV. Any thoughts as to what capex may be involved in a small high grade deposit of this style (assuming they can prove up say 5 mt with some reasonable expectations for extensions)?
Looks like they will be sitting on Kalman for a while though if KMN were able to find some more high grade material at depth it may be a game changer. A bit disappointed they (KMN) don't seem to have attracted any interest on the grounds of nearology as it would seem to me worth drilling a couple of deeper holes (a scissor hole would certainly liven up the share price but may have a useful geological purpose too). In any case the potential dilution for this is on KMN not SMD, so I prefer SMD. Unsure if their are any provisions for claw-back in the JV if KMN choose not to fund (or can't raise the cash). Perhaps Friedland himself may be interested as its a ready made resource and it starts at surface.
