any help with analysing this stock?

Just wondering if any of you wiser heads have put some analysis into this stock? I have been a holder/sufferer for a while now and am struggling with the analysis.

In this day and age of a need for tighter security, I had thought that there would be a greater need for the ASV product.

On top of this, their Methadose system sounded like a winner for the health system and I haven't yet figured how it has not taken off, it seems a no brainer though wonder if it is not economical or what would be holding it back.

Rather than growing and achieving milestones, they seem to constantly need the kiss of life to stay afloat with the promise it is about to take off.
