Hmm interesting comment and I am not sure what you insinuate. My observations and subsequent comments are based on peoples posts on HC during the period of offshore operations. Numerous people could supposedly see the rig from the shoreline and there was obviously no flare during this time which means no testing was conducted. All gas / oil is flared during well testing operations. A testing company was obviously contracted to be on standby during this period in case an eventuality of commercial quantities of hydrocarbon was found, therefore my deduction is that there was nothing to test.
Nothing sinister here just some deductions from information posted.
