Despite bucketing and crap management as alleged on HC previously, it seems the tender process at up to $1.55 as per the table 9.1.1 prepared by Ernst Young is enticing people to buy in the above $1 range.
In the end if you buy at $1.05 and sell to the company @ $1.55 you still make 40 cps.
