If my assumptions are correct and the three main sellers since January are almost "out of ammo" (it would only take a willing researcher to check the current shareholder register) then it may just be that upside from a positive finance negotiation to be extra strong with reisitence reduced . Obviously there is a significant buyer otherwise the sp would be back at 6 cents or less .
