    Today's buying is to get shares to sell them in the tender.

    Table 9.1.1 in the documentation related to the extra ordinary general meeting shows calculatioons up to $1.55 per shre.

    This means MMG has put a $1.55 price in its estimates.

    Probably this will be the price
