Hi Cloudstreet,

Could you post where your "excluded assets" source for AEP comes from.

I can see that there was a $61 mill loan that was possibly "uncommercial" to AEP but that is no longer on AEP's books (paid back previously?)

I also understand that the Liquidator has a bunch of AEP shares that they could sell. Are these the "excluded assets", the proceeds of which could be accessible by unsecured AFG creditors?

Apart from that I can't see anything that AFG may be able to grab from AEP...

Sorry this is on IBA post but as AEP is large holder of IBA I guess it is at least worth IBA holders being aware of these things...
