re: Ann: Memorandum of Understanding with Kil... What I find interesting is that Kog, ODN, VEC, AVD were promoted by the same three people and even though KOG & ODN have different directors, I believe this is a related company transaction and as such should go to shareholders for approval.

Obviously it is being done because KOG cannot raise the funds elsewhere.

Surely ODN can do better with its funds!
