Yes indeed, when they turn the intial gains should be spctacular. Punters will be kicking themselves for not getting set.
The unknown will be a when say Macquarie pull a deal out od their ass's which deleverages the likes of MOF. An announcement out of the blue that they have offloaded the US portfolio will see the units smoke North.
