Yeah..i still have faith. I'm reading "the snowball" on buffett at the moment. A section about how he believes staff should be rewarded with bonuses only when a company is doing well (section on Salomon). Well this company FLT isn't run with the pigs snouts in the trough in the bad times. The staff wages are tied to how much business they do. They have already received a decrease according to the release. I'm surprised by the % drop but still topping up as it falls.
