why would you issue a extra 35 mill shares in AGU for revising a JV??? in this present mkt GPN would have very little chance of doing any type of JV on moose land, again these companies defy logic for sharholders chances of ever ever seeing a gain or return on there investment..dilution dilution is the only word these guys know.wrong wrong..its a way of sucking some cash out of AGU for GPN as in this mkt GPN has no hope of raising capital ..so suck money out of one of the other 3 stooges AGU.the only thin AGU has going for it is cash ..now watch YRR suck money out of AGU for some moose land JV..
