There was a poster on here back in 2006, called "hetero" who was a genuine expert on the vanadium industry. He was from South Africa. "Snuff" will remember him. He had no time for PMA / WVL.

pma still are unable to state their process yields from their supposed bankable feasibility-maybe too embarrassing.
