    re: Ann: PES: Pure Recommends BG Group Takeov... totally agree - AOE know they cant go it alone because BG gonna keep coming back and hitting 'em for more because both AOE as well as BG know AOE's limits. Hence I think the next move will be to walk away or will have some semblance of shell involvement.
