re: Ann: PES: Pure Recommends BG Group Takeov... read into it what you will but PES directors have endorsed both AOE offers quickly, but not the first BG offer saying "Pure shareholders advised to take no action "...now they do recommend the BG offer after almost 2 days, when they took under ten minutes to annouce to the ASX that they recommend AOE on the 11th of FEB and the first offer seemed like a co-authored statement.

Sure its reading between the lines ....
