The 2 cases will still keep going as they are seperately funded and I assume now that the funder has started they wont stop.
So who will be owed money ??
The lenders and a few small creditors. So who ever is the lender would control the process. Personally I think they will find a way to survive with the support of the major stakeholders as they only need to fund the basic costs of running an ASX company. As all MMX supporters keep pointing out they do not do anything else.
Their major undertaking is seperately funded.
If they dont survive then the major financiers will put together a DOCA for their benefit. Either way it doesnt get rid of the issue of the two cases for MMX.
They are under real pressure now to put together case but equally MMX will be under same pressure to prepare defence.
