I believe MMX have a case against CHM claining $75000 correct me if I am wrong.Quite frankly I am over doing research on this.CHM have not disclosed who is backing this case including all the security costs and there may be more asked for yet.MMX believe the backer is Paul Lindholm and he obviously has a lot of money.I am not concerned by that in fact it is good they have this backing as it almost gurantees we will see a court case and it will be settled once and for all.The worrym for CHM holders is what deal has been done and what will CHM holders get after payments are made should they win.CHM still have to stay afloat some how for many months and any money put into the company proper has to be disclosed.Perhaps there is no great joy for CHM holders even if they win.CHM lawyer stated they have little chance of winning unless they can submit more evidence and have an extension of time and that was rejected by the judge.Its been a tough time for both CHM and MMX holders cant wait till it is settled.
