It was set up to aggregate companies in auto after-care market - if they are now saying their due diligence, the work of their advisors on the purchases, the values in the vendor financial stmts, the opinion of the auditors 6 months ago is a crock of s**t requiring a dump of this amount - it makes a nonsense of the company being competent to do any more deals in the future?
Why would it continue to exist if it got everything so "wrong".
