Can you please explain to me...specifically...which part of that passage, in any way can be interpreted as "insider trading"???

Where does it mention, in any way shape or form, changes to the state of affairs of the Company that would otherwise require disclosure to the ASX, or in any way provide one with the ability to trade and/or make money (or lose money), based on information not publically available to every one else via the Company no less just day/s earlier?

The market was fully informed via an offical ASX release, so the fact my brother says "everything is normal" the very next day, by default is what one would expect...as it suggests no change to the state of affiars of the Company that would require additional disclosure.

The trading on market, at that time, has absolutely nothing to do with this issue...and everything to do with manipulation...I suggest you direct your efforts there. While at it, perhaps you could look into those last few sells that went through just prior to the Company release.

Further, the fact my brother is happy to buy shares, simply acts to confirm the information officially supplied to the market...an assumption already adopted (by default), by the ASX with all developments of a material nature.

So please, enlighten me to your concerns?

    Cheers!
