Gardie just stick to facts $99k cash $1.65m debt about $360k per quarter required to run company,has the previous law firm been paid.If CHM wins the case which could take many months do you really think MMX has to pay out cash.The resource is in the ground.What is the deal with the funded law case how much do they take?

I dont have to be a shareholder to make comment.I have seen many companies like this on the ASX and sadly a lot of people lose their money.
Do you seriously believ some white knight will throw in money?
This is a public company so all loans etc have to be disclosed.
How will CHM survive much more than a few months?
Do a Google search this wont be the first time ASIC take action on CHM and the matter is more serious than you think.
