I have a suspicion that MMX dont think they can win the 5 % claim. Look at the wording of MMX constant line.

''Having reviewed the evidence of all parties, Murchison remains confident that there is no
sustainable basis for Chameleon’s claim for a material interest in the Jack Hills or Weld Range
tenements and/or Murchison’s shares in Crosslands Resources Ltd.''


''Material interest'' said to me that 5% is not of a material amount.

Otherwise it would just read ''chameleons claim for a interest in jack hill'' etc

See the difference !!


I notice in the latest quarterly they have got rid of this ''material'' comment. They must of realised they sounded defeatist.
