okn should clarify dividend payment

OKN should have made it clear that a dividend will be paid in Feb. in the announcement of 21 Jan. By leaving it ambiguous, the directors have left the sp open to speculation - to the detriment of all SH's.

The cynic in me is getting the feeling that directors will be in the market to buy up shares at these prices, knowing full well that even though the profit forecast has been (and will be) downgraded, the hit to the sp is totally unjustified.

IMO of course...
