the company secretary who had been there for 17 years got pushed. he was hopeless anyway, all he did was fill out forms and get paid a pretty penny for a company that had been heading south for 8 years.
Whilst it was clear this business sucked in a major way with no management to steer it clear and suppliers holding off giving them stock because they doubted ability to pay (fact confirmed by Melbourne store staff), I thought the Clear purchase gave it some credability (or at least a lifeline).
Most likely, new boy Vaz (with a terrible corproate history ) has got a scam up his sleeve that will see Clear buy out the company for a pittance. Better than gonig broke though.
A MASSIVE question remains though...why did Poole exercise options at 5 cents when he knew he was goingg to resign, the share price was closer to 2 cents and he knew they were broke. A proper explanation is required ASAP!
Let's see what happens next week.
I wonder if Khoury still holds his shares as he was in the Top 20 last year. From web searches he doesn't appear to be a fellow that would enjoy getting screwed over.
