I have kept a eye on the S/P over the last few weeks,
someone is accumulating imho, to maybe have a blocking
stake, as you say, there is really no need to except
the offer now, I would not except now, another offer
may come, if they do not get to the compulsary
aquisition stage, and by that stage, there will most
likely be more good news released by PES.
